This Cookie Policy explains how Markfolio uses cookies and similar technologies on our public landing page, and how you can control them.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help websites remember information about your visit. We keep your marketing-cookie decision in a first-party cookie named mf_consent, which expires after 12 months.
Marketing cookies and the Meta Pixel
If you accept marketing cookies, we load the Meta Pixel in your browser to measure conversions, build retargeting audiences and attribute Meta Ads campaigns. The Pixel is never loaded until you accept, and your rejection is respected on every visit.
Conversions API (server-side)
We also send conversion events to Meta from our server through the Conversions API, using your hashed email, IP address and user agent. We only do this when you have given marketing consent; without consent no event is sent to Meta by any means.
How to control cookies
You can accept or reject marketing cookies in the consent banner, and reopen it at any time via the Cookie preferences link in the footer. Rejecting cookies stops all tracking and prevents the Meta Pixel from loading.
